Specificity for CD11c
The CD11c Hamster Anti-Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (mAb) reacts with mouse CD11c, a 150 kDa integrin integrin molecule expressed on dendritic cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. The CD11c antigen (integrin alphaX subunit), in association with CD18 (integrin beta2 subunit) makes up CR4 (inactivated-C3b receptor 4).
