Specificity for CD11c
The CD11c Mouse Anti-Human Monoclonal Antibody reacts with human CD11c, a 150 kDa integrin molecule expressed on human dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and some B cells. The CD11c antigen (integrin alphaX subunit), in association with CD18 (integrin beta2 subunit) makes up CR4 (inactivated-C3b receptor 4). CR4 is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, NK cells, dendritic cells and subset of T and B lymphocytes, and is involved in leukocyte adhesion.
