Specificity for CD32
The CD32 Mouse Anti-Human Monoclonal Antibody (mAb) recognizes two isoforms of human CD32, Fc gammaRIIA and Fc gammaRIIB. These 40-kDa receptor are polymorphic transmembrane glycoproteins which exhibit low affinity towards IgG and play a role in inflammation and autoimmune disease. Both isoforms of CD32 are expressed on B cells, granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, natural killer cells, and platelets. The CD32 Mouse Anti-Human mAb has been reported to inhibit Ig binding in a rosette blocking assay.
