Health and Safety

Health and Safety

We recognize our employees as our greatest asset. Therefore, their health and safety lie at the foundation of our efforts to build a talented and engaged workforce. A fully productive employee must be safe first. As a result, we provide our people and contractors with the tools and training they need to do their jobs safely every day.

We use U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards to report all work-related injuries and illnesses globally. Since 2004, we have reduced our OSHA recordable and DART rates by 40% and 59% respectively.

Our goal is to further reduce our injury and illness rates by 25% from 2009-2012.
