ZOOM™ Equilibration Trays are convenient, disposable trays designed for use with the ZOOM™ IPGRunner™ Cassettes to perform equilibration of ZOOM™ Strips after first-dimension isoelectric focusing and prior to second-dimension (2D) SDS-PAGE (Figure 1).
The ZOOM™ Equilibration Trays simplify the equilibration and incubation process in 2D electrophoresis and offer following advantages:
