- Product Usage: An excellent paper demonstrating the utility of FP-based assays in hormone receptor, kinase, and phosphatase activity studies. Estrogen receptors alpha and beta, PCK (multiple isoforms), c-Src, and the tyrosine phosphatase TC-PTP were all examined in these studies. FP-based assays were shown to be suitable for both standard enzyme activity studies, and also high-throughput drug screening.
