InnovatioNation™ is designed to bring the innovative, hands-on science into the classroom and inspire the next generation of scientists.

The InnovatioNation™ program includes four major components:

Video: What is InnovatioNation? Watch now
  • Field Trip to local facility
  • Classroom Visit by scientists with lecture and hands-on lab
  • Teacher Job Shadow to provide knowledge around real world working trade laboratory and
  • Family Science Night to encourage parental involvement

What teachers are saying:

“The InnovatioNation program has revolutionized the way that I think about science, and therefore the way that I teach. I no longer think about science as a series of discrete facts.... This perspective has shifted my teaching from having students copy vocabulary words out of a textbook, to facilitating learning through microscope use, experimentation and, above all, real world applications of science.” — Christina Coombs, 7th Grade Teacher

What 5th grade students are saying:

“After experiencing real life science laboratories and scientific procedures and processes, I was set. I wanted to be a scientist.” — Ryan O'Neil, 9th Grade Student

We also believe in teaching students the value of giving back to their local communities and have partnered with 3 major groups to reinforce how we are able to help solve problems through real world applications:
