Instruments

Attune® NxT Acoustic Focusing

The Attune® NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer is the next generation in flow cytometry. Retaining all of the benefits of its predecessor (compact size, rapid processing of dilute samples, and the largest range of sample input flow rates), the Attune® NxT cytometer now offers more lasers (up to 4) and more detection channels (up to 16) to increase flexibility in reagent selection and reduce compensation scenarios without sacrificing the superior performance, reliability, and robustness of the instrument. The Attune® NxT cytometer is designed to accommodate most experimental analyzer applications conducted in the core lab, with a price point to fit individual lab budgets.

Qubit® 3 Fluorometer

The Qubit® 3.0 Fluorometer is a benchtop fluorometer that can be used to quantify DNA, RNA, microRNA, and protein using the highly sensitive and accurate fluorescence-based Qubit® quantitation assays. Key features of this third-generation fluorometer include:

  • Powerful dual-core processor that quickly and accurately quantifies DNA, RNA, and protein in less than 5 seconds per sample
  • Assays use as little as 1 μL of sample and rely on dyes selective for dsDNA, RNA, or protein, minimizing the effects of contaminants such as degraded DNA or RNA
  • Effective data management, with the ability to store up to 1,000 sample results
  • Large 5.7-inch, state-of-the-art color touch screen for easy workflow navigation
  • Small footprint, saving valuable space on your lab bench
  • Ability to personalize your Qubit® fluorometer with the assays you run most often

Imaging reagents

Click-iT® Plus TUNEL assays

The Click-iT® Plus TUNEL Assay detects apoptotic cells in tissue and cultured cell samples through the use of a small, highly specific labeling moiety and a bright fluorescent dye. After incorporation of the labeling moiety into DNA fragments, detection is achieved through a catalyzed “click” reaction using conditions mild enough to preserve the fluorescent signal from GFP or RFP.

Antifade Mountants

Antifade Mountants

ProLong® Diamond and SlowFade® Diamond antifade reagents deliver all the performance of ProLong® and SlowFade® Gold reagents with Alexa Fluor® dyes. In addition, they provide protection for traditional dyes and fluorescent proteins. ProLong® and SlowFade® Diamond reagents are superior antifade mountants, offering protection across the visible and IR spectrum.

CellTracker™ Deep Red Dye

CellTracker™ Deep Red Dye

CellTracker™ Deep Red Dye is a fluorescent dye suited for monitoring cell movement or location. After loading the cells, the dye is well retained, allowing for multigenerational tracking.

Flow cytometry reagents

The AbC™ Total Antibody Compensation Bead Kit

The AbC™ Total Antibody Compensation Bead Kit provides a consistent, accurate, and simple-to-use technique for the setting of flow cytometry compensation when using fluorophore-conjugated mouse, rat, hamster, or rabbit antibodies with any laser in flow cytometry.

  • Broadest multispecies reactivity—for use with
all isotypes of mouse, rat, hamster, and rabbit
    antibody conjugates
  • Brightest signal—most sensitive antibody-capture
    beads available
  • Maximum laser compatibility—for use with all lasers

Anti-mouse NK1.1 Fluorescent Antibody Conjugates

This monoclonal antibody is specific for mouse NK1.1, a type II transmembrane lectin-like receptor and member of the killer cell lectin-like receptor (KLR) family. NK1.1 is prominently expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and is correlated with NK cytotoxic effects toward target cells. We have expanded the number of fluorescent conjugates of this antibody to allow you more flexibility in your experimental design.

CellTrace™ Far Red Cell Proliferation Kit

CellTrace™ Far Red Cell Proliferation Kit

The CellTrace™ Far Red Cell Proliferation Kit is used for labeling cells to trace multiple generations using dye dilution analyzed by flow cytometry.

  • Superior performance—bright, single-peak staining enables visualization of multiple generations
  • Long-term signal stability—well retained in cells for several days after staining
  • Versatile—multiple colors available to easily combine with antibodies or markers of cell function, such as GFP
  • Simple, robust staining protocol

Flow Cytometry Sub-micron Particle Size Reference Kit

Flow Cytometry Sub-micron Particle Size Reference Kit

The Flow Cytometry Sub-micron Particle Size Reference Kit provides six sizes of green-fluorescent beads, ranging in diameter from 0.02 μm to 2.0 μm, packaged in individual vials. These size standards can help identify small bioparticles such as exosomes, bacteria, and viruses in experimental samples. This kit can also be used as a tool to verify instrument performance and establish parameters suitable for analyzing sub-micron particles.

mCherry Rat Monoclonal Antibody Conjugates

mCherry Rat monoclonal antibody conjugates

Fluorescent conjugates of our affinity-purified rat monoclonal antibodies for mCherry fluorescent protein can be used to detect native and denatured forms of mCherry or mCherry fusion proteins in flow cytometry applications.

Foxp3 Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kits

Foxp3 Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kits

Our Foxp3 Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kits provide the fixation and permeabilization buffers needed for easy detection of intracellular Foxp3 transcription factor using fluorescent antibody conjugates. The buffer systems are available with either APC- or FITC-conjugated Foxp3 antibody or without Foxp3 antibody.

Microplate reagents

BackDrop® Background Suppressor for Microplate Assays

Designed specifically for microplate assays, BackDrop® Background Suppressor is a novel reagent designed to effectively suppress background fluorescence in live-cell assays. When this reagent is used with green-fluorescent dyes or proteins, the signal-to-noise ratio improves greatly.

Microplate Lysis Reagent

Microplate Lysis Reagent is a buffered nonionic detergent solution for the lysis of adherent or nonadherent cultured cells under nondenaturing conditions. Simply remove the cell culture medium, add Microplate Lysis Reagent, and incubate. The resulting cell lysates are suitable for many assays types, including the Amplex® and EnzChek® microplate assays.

Western detection reagents

WesternDot® secondary antibody conjugates

With WesternDot® secondary antibody conjugates you can quickly get high quality digital data without spending any extra time or buying a dedicated imager. Your blots can be imaged directly on your standard UV DNA gel documentation system.  Protein detection can be multiplexed beyond two colors on many existing fluorescent imagers.  WesternDot® conjugates offer excellent sensitivity and linear dynamic range for quantitation. What’s more they slot straight into your existing western blot protocol.
