Choose AcroMetrix® controls to assist in monitoring the performance of nucleic acid research test procedures for infectious diseases. Our whole-virus controls are formulated to mimic samples and are traceable to the World Health Organization (WHO) International Standard. Genotyping panels provide a means for the identification of different genetic variants (genotypes) in viruses.

AcroMetrix® quantitative panels may be used for training and proficiency testing of laboratory personnel, for lot-to-lot comparison of reagent test kits, and to evaluate and compare intralaboratory and interlaboratory assessments.

The AcroMetrix® Inhibition Panel is a seven-member panel that provides quantified amounts of commonly recognized and accepted inhibitors, including heparin, lipids, bilirubin, and hemolyzed plasma. This panel can be used in a variety of ways, including detecting the types of inhibition of nucleic acid amplification methods and serology assays that may be observed as the result of interfering substances commonly found in serum, plasma, or whole blood.

EZQC™ Online helps provide laboratories with quality control management tools that guide testing from assay implementation to monitoring assay performance.
