SELE (E-Selectin) is found on cytokine-stimulated endothelial cells and is thought to be responsible for the accumulation of blood leukocytes at sites of inflammation by mediating the adhesion of cells to the vascular lining. This adhesion molecule participates in the interaction between leukocytes and the endothelium and appears to be involved in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
  CDH1   CDH1
CDH1 (E-Cadherin) is one of the best-understood cadherin proteins. In addition to its role in cell adhesion, E-cadherin is involved in transmitting chemical signals within cells, controlling cell movement, and regulating the activity of certain genes. Loss of function is thought to contribute to progression in cancer by increasing proliferation, invasion, and/or metastasis.
             
Amica 1   AMICA1
AMICA1 (JAML) is an adhesion molecule that may function in the migration of leukocytes through epithelial and endothelial tissues. Expressed at the plasma membrane of polymorphonuclear leukocytes, it mediates adhesive interactions with CXADR, a protein of the junctional complex of epithelial cells. AMICA1 enhances myeloid leukemia cell adhesion to endothelial cells.

ICAM1 (CD54) is an endothelial- and leukocyte-associated glycoprotein known for its importance in stabilizing cell-cell interactions and facilitating leukocyte endothelial transmigration. It binds to integrins of type CD11a/CD18, or CD11b/CD18 and is also exploited by Rhinovirus as a receptor.

L1CAM (CD171) is an axonal glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin supergene family. This cell adhesion molecule plays an important role in nervous system development, including neuronal differentiation, migration, and the formation of myelin and synapses.
  CDH2   CDH2
CDH2 (N-Cadherin) is a classical cadherin from the cadherin superfamily as it is a calcium dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein comprising five extracellular repeats, a transmembrane region, and a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail. CDH2 functions during gastrulation and is required for establishment of left-right asymmetry. At certain central nervous system synapses, presynaptic to postsynaptic adhesion is mediated at least in part by this protein.
