Rat Cortex and Hippocampus Neuronal Cells

Long term viability of neurons using the LIVE/DEAD Viability/Cytotoxicity assay
Rat cortical neurons cultured in Neurobasal™ medium (Cat. No. 21103-049) supplemented with B-27 (Cat. No. 17504-044) and GlutaMAX-I (Cat. No. 810-1048). Live cells are stained with Calcein-AM (green) and dead cells are stained with EthD-1 (red); (LIVE/DEAD Viability/Cytotoxicity Kit for mammalian cells, Cat. No. L3224).
