TaqMan® Drug Metabolism Genotyping Assays employ TaqMan® 5´ nuclease chemistry for amplifying and detecting specific SNP alleles, multinucleotide polymorphisms (MNPs) and insertion/deletions (InDels). These assays detect polymorphisms in high-value DME pharmacogenetics markers, including PharmaADME core markers. The DME assay targets were derived from public databases, consortiums, and published articles.
