hESC can be differentiated into neural-, mesenchymal- and hematopoetic stem cells. This product is intended for the magnetic depletion of SSEA-4+ undifferentiated ESC from a differentiated cell population to increase purity and enable safer cell therapies. The purified differentiated cells are bead- and antibody free and are suitable for any downstream application.
Dynal® CD34 Progenitor Cell Selection System
Use this kit to isolate a high purity and yield of human CD34+ progenitor stem cells. Positively isolated cells are bead and antibody-free, phenotypically unaltered and suitable for any downstream applications including flow cytometry, functional studies and cell culture to produce dendritic cells (DC’s).
The TaqMan® Gene Expression Cells-to-CT™ Kit is a rapid lysis solution for cultured stem cells (10-100,000 cells/sample) that integrates cell lysis and reverse transcription into a single tube. For limited sample, such as single cell analysis, TaqMan® PreAmp Cells-to-CT™ Kit utilizes an intermediate, multiplex pre-amplification step for up to 100 target genes.
Perform gene expression analysis directly from limited or small numbers of cultured cells without RNA purification using the TaqMan® PreAmp Cells-to-CT™ Kit.
