What if I already have storage units at my institution?

Your Supply Center is customized to fit your research--Life Technologies provides storage units based upon your needs. If additional storage units are necessary, we will provide more equipment.

Can I order non‐stocked items?

Dependent on your institution, Supply Center users can add non‐stock items to your Supply Center shipment. With the Supply Center Management System (SCMS), you also have the option of shipping directly to your lab, next day delivery. (Freight/Shipping charges would apply).

How do I link my account to my SCMS site?

Fill out the SCMS registration form to send your request directly to the Supply Center Customer Service Team, or contact your Life Technologies representative by sending an email containing your full name, email address, phone number and institution. Your representative will work with our dedicated Supply Center Customer Service Team to get you set up.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Our Supply Center customers have access to a dedicated Supply Center Customer Service Team. They can be contacted via phone or email from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.
