How to order on our website
Here are some steps you can use while ordering, starting with ways to help find the products you need. Please note: there are some differences in ordering features by country.

- Sign in to your account
- New customer? Register for an account
- Find the products you need:
- Search for a specific product
- Shop by application using the navigation at the top of the website
- Shop the catalog for all of our products.
- Use product selection guides to help you decide
- Quick order when you know what SKU you’re ordering
- Add products to your cart
- View your cart when you’re ready to order
- Enter a quote when applicable
- Begin checkout
- Submit any additional requests
- Place your order
- Check your order status

- Sign in to your account to view account-specific pricing and information, and for easier checkout.
- New customer? Register for an account. Once you submit your registration, a Customer Care representative will create your account.*

- 3a. Search for a specific product.
- 3b. Shop by application using the navigation at the top of the website.
- 3c. Shop the catalog for all our products
- 3d. Use product selection guides to help you decide.
- 3e. If you know the products and the product numbers (SKUs) you want to order, you can enter these products through the quick order button at the top of the website.
- View cart when you're ready to order. Your cart is located at the top right of the website. Note: carts created on previous visits will be located on the "My Activity" page.
Click on "View Cart" to access your Cart page where you can apply P or D quotes, or marketing promotion codes.
- If you have a quote or promotion, please enter it in the right-hand box and click "Apply." A message will confirm that the quote has been applied to the order successfully. You can store one P or D quote in your profile.
- Proceed to checkout by clicking "Begin Checkout." Here you'll be able to review your shipping and billing details for your order.
- Select the correct shipping address
(may be different then your default).
- To create a new ship-to address, click “New Address”. Note: new address requests can take up to 2 business days to process.
- The purchase order field is required; you can indicate any reference number for quotation purposes.
- An option to add your credit card details can also be used, in select countries, where applicable.
- Need to set up an approver for your order?
- Submit any additional requests in the Special Instructions box. Please note: Information entered here may delay your order, while we review it. Additional emails can also be added to the order.
- Review your order by clicking "Continue to Review." Then you may place your order by clicking "Place My Order." If you do not intend to confirm the cart as a formal purchase order, do not click "Place my order." Items will remain in your cart until you are ready to order. You can view these saved carts in your My Activity page.
- On the Orders page, you can check order status and see tracking numbers for processed orders. If you need to view invoices from web orders you can enter an email address and we'll send you the invoice.
