  1. Sign in to your account to view account-specific pricing and information, and for easier checkout.

  1. New customer? Register for an account. Once you submit your registration, a Customer Support representative will create your account.*

    *If you have not received an email confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us.

  1. 3a. Search for a specific product.

  1. 3b. Shop by application using the navigation at the top of each page.

  1. 3d. Use product selection guides to help you decide.

  1. 3e. If you know the catalog number of the product you wish to order, you can add the product directly to your cart using the quick order form (a link to this form is at the top of every web page).

  1. On the product page, choose the quantity and click "Add to Cart".

  1. When you’re ready to place your order, click View Cart. Your cart is located at the top right of the website.

    Note: carts created on previous visits will be located in the Orders section of your account.

  1. If you have a quote or promotion, enter it in the right-hand box and click "Apply." A message will confirm that the quote has been applied to the order successfully. You can store one P or D quote in your profile.

  1. Proceed to checkout by clicking "Begin Checkout." You'll be able to review the shipping and billing details for your order.
  1. Select the correct shipping address (may be different than your default).
  2. To create a new ship-to address, click new address
    Note: New Address requests can take up to two business days to process.
  3. The purchase order field is required; you can indicate any reference number for quotation purposes.
  4. Adding your credit card details is an option in select countries, when applicable.

  1. Submit any additional requests in the Special Instructions box.
    Note: Information entered here will be reviewed and will cause a delay in your order. Additional emails can also be added to the order.

  1. Review your order by clicking "Continue to Review." Then submit your order by clicking "Place My Order." If you do not intend to confirm the cart as a formal purchase order, do not click "Place my order." Items will remain in your cart until you are ready to order. You can view these saved carts on your My Activity page.

  1. On the Orders page, you can check order status and see tracking numbers for processed orders. If you need to view invoices from web orders, you can enter an email address and we'll send you the invoice.
