Capillary endothelial cells and microglia in a rat brain cryosection labeled with the green-fluorescent Alexa Fluor® 488 isolectin IB4 (Cat. No. I21411). Neurons were identified using the NeuroTrace® 530/615 red-fluorescent Nissl stain (Cat. No. N21482) and nuclei were counterstained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (Cat. No. D1306, D3571, D21490). The digital image was obtained using filters appropriate for fluorescein, rhodamine, and DAPI.
