Neuronal cells in a 22-hour zebrafish embryo were identified with anti–HuC/HuD mouse monoclonal antibody (Cat. No. A21271) and visualized with red-orange–fluorescent Alexa Fluor® 568 goat anti–mouse IgG antibody (Cat. No. A11004). The nuclei were stained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (Cat. No. D1306, D3571, D21490).
