In the initial menu, select the desired assay

Follow the instructions to enter each standard tube in the required order.

Measure your sample.

The Qubit ®2.0 fluorometer can calculate concentrations for you. Just input the volume of sample used and the desired units of concentration.

Data Logging Function and USB Drive
The Qubit® Fluorometer will save your data for you. You can easily re-name your data points to keep track of your samples, and you can download all data points to your pen drive (downloads a CSV file).

The Power of Fluorescence

Traditional UV spectrophotometry cannot accurately differentiate DNA and RNA; even proteins present considerable absorption at around 260 nm.  In contrast, each of our Qubit™ assays is specific for a single type of biomolecule, so you don’t have to worry about getting an incorrect measurement that can make a huge impact for some experiments.

Having a hard time trying to interpret what a 1.6 absorbance ratio means? With Qubit™ technology, it’s not a problem. You only need to measure what you want to measure. In other words, using the Qubit™ Fluorometric Quantitation Platform allows you to truly know what’s in your sample.
