Live cell imaging with CellLight™ reagents.
HeLa cells were transduced with CellLight™ Mitochondria-GFP (Cat. No. C10600) and CellLight™ Talin-RFP (Cat. no. C10612). The following day, cells were stained with Hoechst 33342 (Cat. No. H24192) and imaging was performed on live cells using a DeltaVision® Core microscope and standard DAPI/FITC/TRITC filter sets.
