Bacteriophage T4 replication proteins stained with SYPRO® Orange Protein Gel Stain.

Purified bacteriophage T4 replication proteins that have been electrophoresed on a 12% SDS-polyacrylamide gel and then stained with SYPRO® Orange protein gel stain (Cat. no. S6650, S6651). Gel staining was visualized with 300 nm epi-illumination. T4 phage proteins were a gift from the laboratory of Peter von Hippel, Institute of Molecular Biology, University of Oregon.
