Four exposures of three TetraSpeck™ beads.
Four separate exposures of three TetraSpeck™ beads (Cat. no. T7283) photographed using optical filter sets appropriate for DAPI, fluorescein, tetramethylrhodamine and the Texas Red® dye. The stage was shifted after each exposure. Note that the same beads appear blue, green, orange or red, depending on the filters used.
