DNA microarray hybridized to DNA labeled using the ARES™ DNA Labeling Kits.

DNA microarray hybridized to DNA labeled using the ARES™ DNA Labeling Kits. Total human RNA was labeled by reverse transcription using either ARES™ Alexa Fluor® 555 DNA Labeling Kit (A21677) or ARES™ Alexa Fluor® 647 DNA Labeling Kit (A21676). Labeled DNA was hybridized to a microarray containing human housekeeping genes. After hybridization, the array was imaged using a ScanArray 5000XL microarray scanner (PerkinElmer LAS, Inc.) using the appropriate lasers and filter sets. The image was pseudocolored so that white areas show the most intense signal and blue areas show the least intense signal.
