Four-color staining of muntjac skin fibroblast with probes for cytoskeletal, nuclear and mitochondrial proteins. Fixed and permeabilized cells were stained with Alexa Fluor® 350 phalloidin (Cat. no. A22281), an anti–&ALPHA;-tubulin antibody (Cat. no. A11126), an anti–cdc6 peptide antibody (Cat. no. A21286) and Mouse anti ATP Synthase Subunit IF1 Monoclonal Antibody (Cat. no. A21355). The Mouse anti ATP Synthase Subunit IF1 Monoclonal Antibody was prelabeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 488 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25002), the anti–a-tubulin antibody was prelabeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 568 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25002), and the anti–cdc6 peptide antibody was prelabeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 647 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25008). The image was deconvolved using Huygens software (Scientific Volume Imaging, http://www.svi.nl/).
